Community members are encouraged to attend the first Public Workshop and share their ideas, priorities, and perspectives on the future of Downtown Ithaca. Input gathered during the workshop will help refine the vision, goals, and investment priorities that will guide project development and the Strategic Investment Plan submitted to New York State at the end of this process.

Drop in as your schedule allows! There will be a brief presentation on the planning process, followed by input and feedback through interactive stations around the room.

The workshop will provide opportunities for participants to:

• Learn about the DRI process and timeline

• Review draft vision statements and goals

• Identify downtown strengths, challenges, and opportunities

• Share priorities for future investments

• Provide location-specific feedback through interactive activities and mapping exercises
