Please join us for the third Local Planning Committee (LPC) meeting for an overview of the Open Call for Projects process, updates on conversations with prospective project sponsors, and discussion on proposed local evaluation criteria that will be used to assess projects submitted for funding consideration.

Committee members will also finalize the vision and goals that will guide the remainder of the planning process and begin discussing a Downtown Roadmap that identifies both DRI-funded investment opportunities and longer-term policy, programmatic, and capital priorities that can advance downtown revitalization beyond the DRI program.

The meeting will also have a dedicated public comment period for you to share your thoughts and ideas!
